The court’s prosecutor, Karim Khan, stated in a statement that he was applying for arrest warrants for Yahya Sinwar, Mohammed Deif and Ismail Haniyeh of Hamas mainly because he experienced “acceptable grounds to imagine” that they were being liable for war crimes and crimes against humanity, which involved “the killing of countless Israeli
